As if hard boiling an egg didn’t have enough of a learning curve, farm fresh eggs can make it even more difficult to get the job done right.

Place clean eggs in pan & cover with just enough cold water to completely cover the eggs.

Add 1 tbsp of baking soda to the water.

Cover with lid & bring to a boil.

Remove from heat immediately after water reaches boil. Let eggs sit in covered pot for approximately 7-8 minutes after removing from heat.

Transfer eggs to cold water.

Peel & eat when ready!
